Enabling Authenticity Workshop

This course equips leaders with the tools and insights to foster Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) within their teams and organisations. Participants will explore the assumptions that hinder EDI progress, understand its impact, and develop actionable strategies to drive meaningful change. Through collaborative problem-solving and shared learning, leaders will align on ambitions for their teams and services, leaving the course empowered to create more inclusive and equitable environments.
