Mark Taylor BA (Hons)

Mark is a qualified executive coach and management consultant with extensive experience of working with a range of clients in the NHS, and public services. His work is varied including team and board development as well as working with individual coaching clients. His recent clients include NHS Integrated Care Boards in Suffolk and Norfolk, James Paget University Hospital, Chesterfield Royal Hospital, TACT, and the University of Exeter.

Previously Mark worked for over 30 years in a range of senior leadership roles in the NHS including PCT Chief Executive, NHS Trust Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Finance, and Chief Officer of North Norfolk CCG. He also held a joint role between the NHS and local authority with a brief to better integrate health and social care.

Mark is passionate about supporting teams and individuals to thrive in order to deliver the best results for clients and organisations and enjoys working with people to do just that.

Alongside his work with Oliver and Company, he has previously been a member of the Department of Health’s Independent Reconfiguration Panel, which advises the Secretary of State on major service changes. He has also held roles as a Non - Executive Director of Norfolk Primary Care, Vice Chairman of Julian Support, a voluntary sector provider of mental health services, and as a volunteer for Age UK.
