Sue Crossman
Dr Sue Crossman has a background in nursing, education, research and as a CEO in clinical commissioning. She is an experienced facilitator and coach, working with individuals and organisations, particularly in relation to strategic planning and effective partnership working.
Sue’s main focus for education and research has been nursing in General Practice, where she worked for many years. She has broad experience designing and delivering education programmes. She has provided support to Primary Care Networks and ICBs, including board development workshops and 1:1 coaching.
Sue is passionate about improving frontline delivery of care, building strong teams and increasing opportunities to integrate and simplify pathways of care. She co-facilitates a cross-sector Leadership Development programme in an Integrated Care System focused on tackling health inequalities and leads Action Learning Sets to develop projects that make a difference.
Sue also holds positions as a trustee on a hospice board and as a Non-Executive Director of an NHS community trust.
